Legislation From The Bench?! Illegals not illegal

Illegal Aliens are not "illegal."

To sum it up: The act of crossing the border is illegal, but being in the U.S. after crossing the border is not, and the lawbreakers can not be punished for breaking the law.

Whiskey Tango Foxtrot????

Logic does not apply from the Left. Illegals are not illegal, war is peace, slavery is freedom. They would make Orwell proud.

...and the right. We've got people on both sides trying to create "hate crimes" (thought crimes, hate-speech, whatever).

I'm having trouble even TRYING to bend my mind around that one!

This judge needs to be tarred, feathered, and ridden out on a rail!

Perhaps we should be looking at what percentage of his income secretly comes from Mexico?

Well... by his definition the transferring of money from Mexico would be illegal, but keeping it, on the other hand, wouldn't be. ;-P

It's moments like these where I wonder why vigilantism is so wrong, you know? :)

I'll have to research more into what a "citizens arrest" is... it's a term I've heard in the past, but I don't know if there's anything real to it. Some leftist judge might think that detaining a criminal against their will until police (or immigration officers) arrive is a crime.

Now you've got a legal precedent. Once they're across that border, they're in. By law of averages, they've got to make it on their second or third attempt, wouldn't you think? Goodbye border.
